THE NARPM ADVANTAGE

NARPM - the National Association of Real Property Managers - is an organization for real estate property managers designed for members to stay current on industry trends and changes. They represent upwards of 4000 members nationwide. There is no better way to learn than to discuss our experiences with our peers who offer valuable input.

Attending monthly meetings has been tremendously beneficial. Each meeting topic addresses such issues as compliance, fair housing, ethical boundaries, new AAR forms, new legislation, legal documents and accounting practices just to name a few. My favorite meeting was when we discussed bedbugs and the best way to deal with them. We have found every meeting to be invaluable.

We have also enjoyed networking with other industry professionals and vendors. The vendors that attend the meeting are versed in Property Management and understand many of the issues that we face in maintaining, flipping or just the upkeep that is required in a rental home. They are experienced, licensed and bonded and even better many offer discounts that we can pass on to our owners!
